Minestorm

Vectrex game remakes are always something special. The extremely limited Vectrex computers with their ingenious graphical overlay system is surely a nostalgic wonder. Minestorm is a true retro classic in every sense. It's a space shooter, as many of the first computer games were. It features a massive mothership dropping enemy fighter planes and with it's enormous vector shaped explosions it just keeps giving Vectrex chills all over.

PJ Crossley, known from many retro remakes, really did a nice job on this one. It features a rotated gaming screen, mimics the monitor and its overlays and keeps all the original gameplay as well. You really should try this one!
