Darius PC remake

If you used to play R-Type and Gradius all the time, you will quickly recognize Darius. It is one of the reference points in terms of retro gaming and many developers used this arcade game as inspiration to create beautiful remakes. The hardcore ‘90s action is all pictured in this game, giving anyone who is playing it the heebie-jeebies. Shoot ‘em up arcade games like Darius got popular at the time because their three-screen setup, which was uncommon until Taito explored this design. 2D scrolling shoot ‘em ups were common, but Darius kicked it up a notch with the unconventional game screen size, a feature that it is now remembered and replayed for.
